In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase please read the following:

Returns:
You may return an item within 30 calendar days of when it was received.

Please contact us before returning the item(s).

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your return item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection.

If your item is approved we will initiate a refund on your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Where can I receive my order?
Your orders will be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. -never a PO Box) or you can pickup your purchase at Spin City Cycles.

Can the delivery country be outside the United States?
No, we only ship to the US, including Hawaii and Alaska.   

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. In-store pickups are available immediately (we only sell product we actually have in-stock). UPS Ground delivery times are typically 2-5 business days.   

How much do I pay for delivery service?
Your shipping rate depends upon the weight and size of the product you purchase, as well as where you live in relation to Spin City Cycles. Your exact charge will be calculated at the time of checkout. We have a few options to help keep delivery costs down:

In-Store Pickup – FREE.

Purchases over $100 - FREE

Can I track my order?
Yes. We will email you a Tracking Number when your product has shipped.

What is the in-store pickup process?
If you have chosen in-store pickup, your item will be pulled from the self and stored for you in our 'back room'. Please bring your order confirmation number and identification. If you place your online order the same day you intend to pickup your item, we should get it asap, but call us if you want at 217-429-7746 so we can make sure your item is ready for pickup when you arrive.
